DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

Our delivery time starts when an order is shipped from our warehouse.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY UPDATE MARCH 2024

Easter Bank Holiday runs from 29th March – 1st April and may affect the date that you expect to receive your shipment. We recommend checking your tracking link regularly when you receive it as it’ll be kept up to date with your estimated delivery date.

Please note, any orders placed after 3pm GMT on Thursday 28th March may not be shipped from our warehouse until Tuesday 2nd April. 

We cannot cancel or amend an order once it’s been placed, for more information on how to return a shipment, please click here. 

All duties and delivery charges are covered by Sophia Webster, there should be no costs for you to pay upon arrival of your package.

However, please note that if you place more than one order in a 24 hour period and the combined total reaches $800 or above, you may be charged customs fees directly from Fedex.

We are unable to determine what amount the customs and duties might cost and therefore we recommend that you avoid placing 2 separate orders within 24 hours. 

Where you are asked to pay for customs and duties, we at Sophia Webster cannot be held liable and will not be able to pay for these.

Our delivery timeframes are only a guideline and not a guarantee. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking when you receive it to be kept in the loop with your parcel’s whereabouts.
